Week One: The Awakening
Welcome Warrior to your 30 day reboot. Over the next 30 days we are going to reawaken the warrior inside you. Together we are going to reignite your passion, restore your energy, and rediscover the joy in training. Through a blend of mindset work, movement, reflection, and purpose-driven exercises, you’ll reconnect with the “why” that first brought you to the Dojo/Dojang.
