Traditional Herbal Wellness for Martial Artists

This course introduces students to simple, traditional herbal preparations used to support focus, calm, recovery, meditation, and daily health within a martial arts lifestyle. Beginning with easy-to-make herbal teas, students learn how everyday herbs have been used across Chinese and Korean traditions to balance the body, settle the mind, and support consistent training.

As the course progresses, students will be guided into more advanced external preparations, including liniments, and traditional training remedies, with clear explanations of purpose, preparation, and safe use. Emphasis is placed on practical knowledge, traditional principles, and responsible application, rather than complex or clinical herbal medicine.

This course is designed for martial artists, instructors, and wellness-minded practitioners who want to understand how simple herbal practices can complement training, meditation, and recovery—without requiring prior herbal knowledge.
