About Course

In Hwang Kee’s Book Soo Bahk Do Dae Gahm he featured several old woodcut illustrations of old training methods; martial artists kicking trees, piercing stone with their fingers, hitting multiple sandbags and more.

These were actually taken from a book called the 72 Arts of Shaolin Training Methods by Jin Jing Zhong. Here we will not just translate right from Zhong’s work, compare the techniques but also show where Moo Duk Kwan Masters demonstrated these techniques from the 72 arts all around the world.
