Ki Gong (기공) is Tang Soo Do’s traditional energy and health practice, focusing on the cultivation of vitality, balance, and internal strength through structured movement and breath. This course teaches the Eight Brocade exercises in both standing and sitting sets, guiding practitioners to improve circulation, posture, flexibility, and calm mental focus. Through consistent practice, students develop greater body awareness and sustainable energy that supports both martial performance and overall health. Ki Gong training complements physical technique by nurturing resilience, recovery, and long-term well-being within the Tang Soo Do path.
