This One-Step Sparring course returns Tang Soo Do one-steps to their original purpose as practical, functional fighting tools. While one-step training has often drifted toward formality and promotion requirements, this course re-centers it on realism, efficiency, and application. Practitioners learn ten carefully designed one-steps that develop timing, angles, positioning, counter-attacks, vital point awareness, and tactical decision-making. Each sequence is taught as a framework rather than a script, encouraging adaptability and understanding instead of memorization. Through this approach, Tang Soo Do practitioners gain a clearer bridge between basics, self-defense, and live application.
