Ji Gam (지감) — Energy Awareness
Ji Gam means energy awareness in Korean. This course introduces a series of fun, imagination-based exercises designed to help you actually feel, direct, and understand your body’s natural energy in a safe, practical way.
Through simple movements, breathing, visualization, and playful awareness drills, you’ll learn how to notice subtle sensations, guide energy through the body, and use intention to create calm, focus, and balance. These exercises are easy to follow, engaging for all ages, and grounded in traditional martial arts and Ki Gong principles—without being abstract or overly technical.
Ji Gam helps develop body awareness, emotional regulation, relaxation, and confidence, making it a perfect complement to martial arts training, meditation, or daily life. No prior experience is required—just curiosity and an open mind.
