About Course

Nak Bup or the art of falling is probably the most important self defense skill you can learn. You may never have to defend yourself against an attacker but you will trip, slip and fall. The Art of Nak Bup is learning how to take the energy of a fall and flow with it or disperse it. This is invaluable when stumbling and falling but also good if thrown or taken down in a self defense situation.
