About Course

This Meditation for Kids course gives Tang Soo Do instructors practical, child-friendly tools to help students develop calm focus, emotional awareness, and self-control. Through short, guided meditations that use imagination, breathing, and simple visualization, children learn how to settle their minds, manage strong emotions, and build confidence in a safe and engaging way. These techniques are designed to fit naturally into martial arts classes, helping young students improve attention, resilience, and overall well-being while reinforcing the mental discipline at the heart of Tang Soo Do training.
